All of these elements
such as the small button and bars are all color coordinated,
take your pick!
The font
used on these buttons is called Bremen Blk BT. I made the title
in black, then dropped a yellow title slightly to the left and
down right on top of it. Feel free to save them and create your
own custom headers and elements with the blank buttons.
